Please allow one business day to process your order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day. Please note that shipping may be delayed if we need to verify your information with you or your card issuer. Flat Rate shipping will be delivered by UPS or USPS. If you elect to use expedited shipping, orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following business day. A business day is Monday through Friday and does not include weekends. This means:
We now ship to the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Please note that you may be charged additional duties and taxes upon delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address after your order is placed, you can do so for an additional charge of $15.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking number. You can also log into your FTF account to view and track your order. Please note that tracking information may not become available until 1-3 business days after the receipt of your email.
Before we can dispatch your purchase, we or your card issuer may need to contact you to confirm your information. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum, but please check your email or voicemail and respond as soon as possible, as this will expedite the process. Due to UPS restrictions, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
