Shipping and Tracking orders:

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Below is an estimate of the business days it will take for your delivery:

NOTE: The inventory we offer for sale online is from all our physical store locations. Since we pack and ship orders from only one location, fulfillment and delivery can be delayed by our having to move merchandise to our fulfillment location.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Overnight and Two-Day Air deliveries received before 12pm Eastern Standard Time will go out same day if merchandise is in-stock AND on-site. Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the following day. NOTE: The inventory we offer for sale online is from all our physical store locations. Since we pack and ship orders from only one location, fulfillment and delivery can be delayed by our having to move merchandise to our fulfillment location.

Q: Can you ship to PO Boxes?

A: We ship via UPS and thus CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Q: Can you provide a tracking number for my order?

A: Yes, we can provide a UPS tracking number for your order. Simply email us with your name and the email address used when placing your order. When orders are shipped a tracking number is automatically emailed to the recipient by UPS. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number please contact us.

 

Returns, Credits and Exchanges:

Q: Can I return an item?

A: Yes, please see our Returns process further down on this page.

Q: I've submitted the Return Request, what happens now?

A: Return label requests are answered by email, usually within 3 business days. After we receive your request form we issue a UPS return label which gets emailed to you directly from UPS. So, check your email after you contact us.

Q: When will I receive credit for my returned item?

A: Credits can take up to one week to be processed, issued and reach your account.Also, credits are issued only after merchandise is received back at Fashion To Figure consistent with our return policy.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: The easiest way to make an exchange is to fill out a return form, return merchandise and make a new order for the new items.



Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund with a receipt and tickets and tags still attached, and if in condition for resale. Sales on clearance merchandise are final and may not be returned.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us and we will email you a UPS shipping label. Shipping and labeling WILL BE DONE AT OUR COST (in the continental US only and in the event of an exchange we pay return freight only) so all you need to do is schedule a UPS pick-up by calling 800 PICKUPS or drop the package at a UPS location near you.
