I’m looking for a specific item, but I no longer see it online. How can I still get it? Oh no! Sadly that means the item has sold out but don’t worry, it may still be available at an FTF store. Do you accept Paypal? At this time we do not accept Paypal but we hope to in the near future..

Are online price the same as in store? Yes, however from time to time we may run special promotions that are online or in-store only. Make sure you don’t miss out on any of our great deals by joining our mailing list at www.FTF.com .

What if I need to change or add to my order after I hit “submit?” Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are not able to change or add anything to your order. However, if you call us right away we may be able to cancel the entire order so you can start over. Please note, we can only do this if the order has not yet been shipped. How do I find out what size I am? We understand the importance of a good fit which is why FTF has stylists on hand to assist you both in-store and online. Please feel free to call or live chat with one of them by visiting our contact page. We also have a size chart available online for your convenience. Currently our team is working hard to improve our sizing and provide a more consistent fit across styles. You can expect to see this change by summer.
How does FTF jewelry fit? We have designed all of our jewelry with the plus size fashionista in mind. Most of our bracelets are stretch and bangles are 3 inches in diameter. Our necklaces are made especially for FTF with extended length and/or feature a 3-inch extender. Rings are all size 8 with stretch. If you have a specific question about one of our items, please feel free to contact us and a stylist will happily assist you.

Shipping & Handling
Do you ship internationally? Yes! Currently we ship to the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Please note that you may be charged additional duties and taxes. More information on shipping can be found here.
Can I upgrade my shipping after I have placed my order? Yes, but we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We can only upgrade your shipping as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes? We gladly ship to P.O. boxes as long as flat rate shipping is selected and the order is under $75.
Can I change my address after my order has been placed? Maybe. We can change the address if your package was shipped UPS ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Please note that if it has already left the warehouse it is subject to an additional $15 fee.
If your package was shipped flat rate via UPS or USPS, we unfortunately cannot change the address. If you have any questions please contact us and we would be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return? Yes! We offer full refunds online and in store as long as merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase, the receipt is present, and all tickets and tags are attached. For more details please visit our Returns Page.
If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my refund? The whole process can take up to 14 days. Once the warehouse receives your return it takes 7-10 business days to process and issue a refund. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund has been issued. After it has been issued, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to authorize and post the funds to your account. If you’d like to check the status of your return please feel free to contact us.
I received the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged item. What should I do? Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. You may bring it in to a store or send it back to us for an exchange or refund. To print your free return label click here.
How can I be a model for FTF? All of our models come from professional agencies but we’d still love to see your FTF looks! Share your pics by tagging them #Fashiontofigure or #ftfsnaps on Instagram, private message us on Facebook, or email them to email@example.com. We might feature you in one of our posts!
How often do new styles arrive on the site? FTF is trend driven and all about fast fashion so we add new styles every day. Please know that they do sell out quickly so be sure to act fast!

Does FTF have a printed catalog? Unfortunately, right now we do not. In the meantime, we welcome you to sign up for emails at FTF.com so you can follow all of our latest styles, trends, and sales.
Can I use my e-gift card in store? Unfortunately, e-gift cards can only be used online. We are working towards changing this so that in the future all gift cards can be used interchangeably.
